Terms of service (No Refunds)

1) Voluntary Tip / Contribution
Any tip, contribution, or “custom amount” payment (“Tip”) is a voluntary payment made at your sole discretion to support the creator/stream/website. A Tip is not a purchase of goods or services, is not a donation to a registered charity, and does not guarantee any benefit, access, product, or outcome.

2) Authorization and Acknowledgment at Checkout
By submitting a Tip payment, you confirm that: (a) you intend to provide a Tip, (b) you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and (c) you have read and expressly agree to these Tip Terms at the time of checkout.

3) All Tips Are Final / No Refunds
All Tips are final and non-refundable. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances, including (without limitation) accidental payments, incorrect amounts, buyer’s remorse, dissatisfaction, failure to use the service, or any change of mind.

4) Chargebacks and Disputes
You agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute for a Tip. If you do initiate a dispute or chargeback, we may submit evidence to the payment processor or financial institution to contest it, including proof that you expressly acknowledged and agreed to these Tip Terms at checkout (e.g., the checkout confirmation, timestamp, amount, and acceptance of the terms).

5) Fraud and Unauthorized Activity
We reserve the right to report suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorized payment use to payment processors and, where appropriate, law enforcement. We may also restrict or block future payments associated with disputed activity.

6) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Tip Terms from time to time. The version presented at checkout at the time you submit your Tip will apply to that transaction.
